Flowserve produces a full range of pumps for all markets including: boiler feed, chemical, food, general industry, mining and power. The pump division includes: Byron Jackson, Durco, Ingersol-Rand, Innomag, Pacific, SIHI, United, Worthington, and many more.
D800 Industrial Process Overhung Pumps
The D800 Series is an economical, frame mounted, close coupled product designed for general industrial service. Covering a large flow and head range, the D800 is versatile and reliable. It is available in multiple configurations to suit site requirements and incorporates many proven features to facilitate maintenance and reduce life-cycle costs. Applications include brines, coolants, HVAC, light chemicals, light oils, solvents and water.
Durco Mark 3 Group I, II and III ANSI Standard Overhung Pumps
The Flowserve Mark 3 Pump is recognized as the worldwide leader in ANSI chemical process pumps. Its exclusive reverse vane impeller is the only impeller design that offers repeatable-performance throughout pump life. The Mark 3 also has an external micrometer impeller adjustment, VBX isolators and a seal chamber with flow modifiers to extend seal life. The Mark 3 ANSI is a horizontal, end suction, single stage, centrifugal, centerline discharge, “back pull-out” construction pump designed to handle demanding chemical and fluid handling services.
Durco Mark 3 Group 4 High Capacity ANSI Chemical Process Pumps
The all new Durco Mark 3 Group 4 pump offers increased capacity with proven Durco performance and reliability including reverse vane impeller design, heavy duty radial and thrust bearings, external micrometer impeller adjustment that accurately sets impeller clearance in 20 seconds, and other ASME B73.1 design features. Offering flow rates to 3,861 m3/h (17,000 US gpm) — well beyond ASME size limits — the Durco Mark 3 Group 4 is ideal for high-flow, high-head chemical processing and general industry applications.
Durco ESP3 (metallic) and VGRP (non-metallic) Vertical Sump Pumps
Boasting the same casing, reverse vane impeller, and CBL cover as the industry-leading Durco Mark 3 chemical process pump, the ESP3 is ruggedly built to handle tough applications. It is the only vertical wet-pit immersion sump pump to offer parts interchangeability with standard ASME B73.1 horizontal pumps. The advantage is increased parts standardization and reduced inventory costs.
GA/GR/Gearex Rotary Gear Positive Displacement Pumps
The GR Series has double-helical herringbone type gears to handle highly viscous fluids over a broad range of flows and pressures. This workhorse provides reliable, high efficiency, pulse-free and dry-running pumping capabilities over a wide range of applications.
Innomag Mag-Drive Overhung Pumps
TManufactured in the United States, the innovative Mag-Drive is a leader in the sealless, non-metallic, mag-drive pump market with zero emissions leading to cleaner, safer, work environments. This pump is an excellent alternative to expensive, exotic metallurgy pumps processing corrosive chemicals and it handles solids up to ¼” (6.35 mm). The TB-Mag’s unique, fully thrust-balanced design, provides a wider operating range which accommodates temporary upset conditions for longer pump life, increased uptime and reduced maintenance costs.
LR Axially Split Case Pump
The LR family of pumps provides a broad range of hydraulic coverage and low total cost of ownership. With thousands of units installed throughout the world, these pumps are providing reliable and efficient performance in applications ranging from water supply and circulation duties to petroleum distribution. The single-stage LR and LRV and the two-stage LLR pumps are part of a broad range of axially split, heavy-duty, between bearings pumps.
SMP Standard Motor Industrial Process Overhung Pump
The SMP horizontal, frame mounted, single stage, standard motor pump features high efficiency semi-open or closed impellers, industry standard NEMA motors, self-aligned mechanical seal and back pull-out design. This extremely reliable and versatile pump is designed for use in chillers, dishwashers, general industry, HVAC, water supply, and water treatment applications.
Additional Vertical Pumps
Flowserve’s vertical pump line includes deep well submersibles, double case, slurry, solids handling, sump and wet-pit configurations. They meet either ISO, ASME or API standards, and guarantee reliable and efficient service. Numerous sizes, hydraulics and material combinations are available for use in all applications. Designed to critical global standards, these pumps meet customer energy savings goals with their extensive hydraulic options that precisely meet operating requirements. Long-life performance in aggressive media is achieved with nonmetallic and erosion-resistant wet ends for many designs.
